Note: We aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team of Grooming King. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order Cancellation
(a). For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
b. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
(c). Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
Return/Exchange Process
(a). Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
(b). Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.
(c). We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
Note: All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. Return & Refund Policy
In order to give customers a good shopping experience, if you are not satisfied with the purchase you received, you can contact us at info@groomingking.ca to send detailed information about your order number, and we will deal with related issues such as return payment as soon as possible. Please note that if the item crashes during transportation, we will bear the shipping cost. However, if there are no problems with the returned goods, you will need to pay for shipping.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return order, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@groomingking.ca and send your item to our warehouse.
